The standard we design to
We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. Design intent is not the same as verified conformance, and we describe our position accordingly.
Where an independent audit is completed, this statement will be updated to reflect its findings.
Measures we take
Keyboard navigation throughout, visible focus states, correctly labelled form controls, a logical heading structure, sufficient colour contrast, meaningful alternative text, and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Known limitations
Some third-party content and embedded services are outside our control, and their accessibility may differ from the rest of the site.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us through the contact page and describe the page and the difficulty you experienced. We will address it and confirm the outcome.
