BLUEIXIA SH.P.K is the Kosovo company, incorporated in the Republic of Kosovo.

Where documents conflict, a signed client agreement takes precedence for the service it covers, provider terms govern the regulated services supplied by that provider, the BlueIxia Intelligence Terms govern BlueIxia Intelligence and Q, the Terms of Use govern ordinary website use, and the Privacy Notice governs privacy disclosures.

BlueIxia Limited is a specialist commercial, technology and payment intelligence business. BlueIxia is not a bank, acquiring bank, electronic money institution, payment institution, card scheme or payment service provider, and does not provide regulated payment services in its own name.

Where BlueIxia introduces, connects or supports a business in accessing payment services, those services are provided by the relevant third-party bank, acquirer or regulated payment provider under a separate agreement with that provider.

The relevant provider is responsible, in accordance with its own contractual and regulatory obligations, for matters including merchant eligibility, due diligence, KYC and KYB, underwriting, pricing approval, payment authorisation, transaction processing, settlement, chargebacks, disputes and the regulated payment service it provides.

BlueIxia does not hold, safeguard or settle merchant funds and does not make underwriting or merchant-acceptance decisions.

BlueIxia may provide commercial analysis, payment diagnostics, technology, introductions and onboarding support. BlueIxia may also receive fees, commissions or other remuneration from third-party providers where a commercial relationship exists.

All payment services remain subject to the relevant provider's eligibility requirements, underwriting, terms, pricing, technical availability and regulatory permissions. BlueIxia does not guarantee provider acceptance, approval, pricing, transaction acceptance, settlement times, cost savings or service availability.

Where a payment provider is named, BlueIxia does not own, operate or control that provider, and no exclusivity or endorsement beyond the actual relationship is implied.

Provider availability and the nature of BlueIxia's relationship vary by provider, market and merchant. Payment services are supplied under the relevant provider's own agreement.

Card acceptance made available through relevant acquiring and payment-provider infrastructure may support major international card networks including Visa and Mastercard.

Visa and Mastercard are not represented as BlueIxia commercial partners. All third-party trade marks are the property of their respective owners.

BlueIxia Intelligence is a commercial analysis environment presenting indicative analysis based on information supplied by the user and verified information held within the platform.

BlueIxia Pricing Intelligence provides indicative commercial analysis based on information supplied by the user and any verified information available within BlueIxia Intelligence. Results are not quotations, offers, guarantees or commitments by BlueIxia or any payment provider. Actual pricing and service availability depend on the merchant profile, transaction characteristics, payment channels, card mix, risk assessment, underwriting and the relevant provider's terms.

Q provides commercial information and decision support using information available within BlueIxia Intelligence. Its outputs may include assumptions and estimates and should be considered in that context. Q does not provide legal, tax, investment, insurance or regulated financial advice. Payment pricing, eligibility, underwriting and service availability remain subject to the relevant provider.

Q identifies whether an answer rests on verified information, user-supplied information, an assumption, an inference, or insufficient information.

Art-market indications are informational commercial estimates and are not formal valuations, appraisals or guarantees of achievable sale price.

Art-market information is not a formal valuation, an auction guarantee, an investment recommendation, an authenticity opinion, provenance certification, a title opinion or legal due diligence.

Third-party specialist services are provided by the relevant independent provider under its own terms. BlueIxia does not provide legal, tax, investment or insurance advice and does not represent itself as the provider of a third-party regulated service.

Where BlueIxia may receive referral remuneration in connection with a specialist service, that position is disclosed at the point of introduction.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance describes relevant payment infrastructure, network compatibility or a commercial relationship where applicable and does not, by itself, imply ownership, endorsement, agency, exclusivity or sponsorship.

BlueIxia may receive fees, commissions or other remuneration from third-party providers where a commercial relationship exists.

Remuneration does not change the fact that the regulated service, its pricing approval and its underwriting decision rest with the relevant provider.

BLUEIXIA SH.P.K provides commercial payment support, technology and merchant-services connectivity in Kosovo. BLUEIXIA SH.P.K is not presented as a bank, acquirer or regulated payment service provider. Where payment services are made available through BlueIxia's commercial relationships, the relevant banking, acquiring or payment provider supplies the underlying service under its own terms, eligibility requirements and applicable regulatory permissions.

The regulatory term "agent" is used only where the relevant contractual appointment and any required registration or approval support it. Otherwise the Kosovo business is described according to the commercial arrangement actually in place.

Concerns about a BlueIxia service should be raised with BlueIxia, which will acknowledge and investigate them under its complaints procedure.

Concerns about a regulated payment service, its pricing, settlement or an underwriting decision are handled by the relevant provider under its own complaints process, and BlueIxia will help direct a complaint to the right party.

Website use is governed by the law of England and Wales. Kosovo-specific services and agreements are governed by the law specified in the relevant contract or approved Kosovo terms. Mandatory protections available to a user under applicable law are unaffected.
